We specialize in 4 and 5 star travel experiences that include elegant stays and mix in everything in between.

Ideally we are starting the planning portion 4+ months in advance and at least 7 months in advance for high season travel (i.e. summer, holiday and other travel event moments around the world)

All destinations are different and there are many factors that go into the total investment for a trip.

Our Research & Design fee is based on length + complexity of the trip design. Our R&D fee starts from $500 per trip and increases for last minute inquiries (departing less than 4 months) and for trips that are 11+ days in total duration. Each additional family unit or friend group would be additional.

Research & Design Fee

The consultation fee, starting at $500, encompasses our comprehensive custom trip design services. It includes the initial consultation, research, proposal development (up to two itinerary revisions), booking all components of your trip including accommodations, transfers, tours, and guides, access to VIP perks, preferred pricing, unique experiences, and assistance in purchasing travel insurance. The consultation fee varies based on factors such as the number of travelers, destinations, and the level of complication anticipated.

Management Fee

The consultation fee only covers a small portion of our many hours of work and thought that goes into creating your trip. Our management fee encompasses managing all trip components, liaising with hotel concierges, destination insights, travel tips, and on-trip support. For suppliers using gross pricing, our management fee will be factored into the overall cost. Whenever feasible, we seek net pricing terms from suppliers, reflecting their negotiated wholesale rates. These rates exclude our management fee, which is 15% for all net pricing bookings.

Typically, hotel pricing incorporates agency commissions, which cover our management fee. However, in rare cases where hotels do not pay standard commissions, we charge a 10% management fee.

Flights

We work with Brownell’s dedicated AirDesk, offering comprehensive support for flight booking, changes, and cancellations. With additional fees starting at $75 per domestic ticket and $175 per international ticket, capped at $250 and $550 per household respectively, we ensure a seamless travel experience. Private jet pricing is available upon request.

Hotel-Only Fee for Research and Booking: $150
Expedited Planning Fee (travel dates within 2 months): $500+
Hourly Fee for Excessive Revisions to Itinerary and Concierge Services: $150/hour
Cancellation: Hi² Global Travel reserves the right to charge up to 15% of the cost of your trip in the event of cancellation. This will be assessed over and above any airline, supplier, tour company, cruise line, or other vendor penalties.

Hi² Global Travel reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time.

Insurance

We strongly recommend safeguarding your investment and can provide a quote for travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances and ensure peace of mind throughout your journey.
